As a pioneer account manager for merchant services in the Asia Pacific Region, I have worked closely with Implementations team to make sure clients are onboarded as soon as possible. Once onboarded, I am the first contact person of both internal employees and clients to resolve and process anything that’s related to merchant services accounts. I am also actively writing procedures and had worked closely with Risk and Legal team to comply for country specific guidelines. I am also training new account managers for our portfolio in Australia.
As an Operations Manager within Chase Auto, I supervised a team of 12 or more Documentation Analysts. This includes leading, managing, developing and coaching employees to ensure optimal performance standards and objectives are achieved. This position enabled me to manage process effectiveness, handle multiple complex processes including escalations, and demonstrate a sense of urgency for time-sensitive tasks. Day to day responsibilities includes pulling reports and assigning contracts and manage staffing to ensure applicable funding service levels are met, lead process improvement initiatives, monitor and identify process gaps and develop action plans, communicate regularly with partnership sales teams, coaching to performance, quality audits through call and account review.
