I've been working in the BPO industry here in the Philippines for more than a decade now. My last role was a Data Analyst who is responsible for collecting, processing, and performing statistical analysis on large and complex datasets to derive insights and support business decisions. On a daily basis, I have been handling complex MS Excel files in terms of creating or managing templates and several data entry jobs. With this experience, I have developed more than average typing speed and advanced MS Excel knowledge which can be a good contribution to an organization.
