I am an experienced online sole proprietor, retail manager, and e-commerce manager and marketplace specialist with 9 years of progressive experience in customer service, merchandising, marketing, and e-commerce operations.
My career began as an online seller even before the advent of Instagram being an e-commerce platform, where I first gained hands-on experience in running an e-commerce business. From 2015 to 2018, I sold fashion clothing on Instagram, managing my online store single-handedly. This involved handling the entire end-to-end process from sourcing products, curating contents to posting and creating marketing strategies. My efforts helped grow my online presence to 116,000 followers and led to the establishment of 7 physical branches across the country.
After some time, I worked as an operations manager for a well-known EU ladies' fashion brand for 3 years, where I further honed my skills in retail management, people management and business analysis.
I then transitioned to the e-commerce industry , working for a well-known and globally recognized Australian marketplace/retailer. Here I gained more experience in managing seller accounts, sales performance, business planning, marketing, and put my previous experiences into good use by providing top-notch, white-glove support , and assisting sellers in growing their businesses on the platform.
