I started as a Customer Support Representative, I catered different customers through different channels like Phone (Inbound/Outbound), Email, and Chat. I handled sensitive cases such as Letters to The Office of the President, BBB, and Client Escalations when I was with an Executive Response Team. I also had the opportunity to work for Back Office and Logistics which handles the orders and shipments of the products. Then I moved to the Leadership Team, I handled multiple agents and shared my best practices to help them improve their Customer Service skills.
I also had the chance to work as a Virtual Assistant for an Australian based company and as an appointment setter for a Real Estate company.
Right now, I am a freelancer and looking for a stable homebased job that is related to my work experiences.
