I was with Verizon for 4 years and 1 month as a Team Leader, from February 2018 to March 2022. My responsibilities included supervising the team, providing support and guidance, ensuring high-quality customer service, performance management, reporting and communication, handling problem-solving and escalations, and driving process improvements.
After that, I found a job in social media engagement, and I truly love what I do. My role involves helping clients grow their LinkedIn followers, replying to comments on their posts, and engaging with users through different accounts. I also send daily and weekly reports, ensure people respond to posts, and track engagement metrics such as likes, comments, and reposts from each post.
