I have 3 years and 3 months of experience as a Customer Service Representative, including being an Email Support Agent for a year and a half and a contractual Data Encoder/Data Miner. I have worked on both inbound and outbound calls, some technical support, sales, and order-taking. I've used programs like MS Office, Slack, Trello, Zendesk, Front, Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets. I also do Photoshop but I'm still a beginner at the -----------nt. I have a typing speed of 46 words per minute and am good at communicating in English both verbally and written. I am hard-working, willing to learn, improve and see difficulties as a challenge to overcome.
