As a Training Supervisor, my primary role is to ensure effective delivery of materials by trainers by observing the classes, identifying opportunities, and create action plans to address delivery and knowledge gaps. I also oversee the performace of the classes and address trainee opportunities through coaching and developmental activities. Organizing schedules of trainers and classes, monitor completion reports, create learning materials used for continous learning and huddles, collaborate with other departments to help address performace gaps and challenges, motivate members of the team and help in conflict resolution, coordinate with other stakeholders like; Communications Training, Human Resource, and Finance Departments to ensure smooth transitions and address any back office related matters. Communicate with clients to deliver, address, and implement any perfomance related topics.
