Completed his Juris Doctor degree in May 2021. He has a good working knowledge of personal injury law, intellectual property law, litigation, legal procedures and protocols under Philippine jurisdiction.
Aldrin also worked as a litigation paralegal for a consumer protection firm based in the United States.
Currently, he is a private practice lawyer. He primarily handles corporate, administrative, employment, criminal, and civil cases, as well as occasional projects in corporate law, intellectual property, and Philippine estate law.
Rental Property Management Specialist
Before admission to the Philippine Bar, Aldrin worked as a Remote Property Management Associate for US startups in Rental Property Management from 2016 to 2020.
As a remote property manager, Aldrin assisted the on-site property manager and contractors in overseeing, facilitating and coordinating maintenance requests, tenant relations (rent reminder, lease renewal and termination, etc), property onboarding and pre-occupancy preparations, scheduling work tickets, and ensuring utilities are active and paid on time.
