I'm an Executive Assistant with 7+ years of experience working directly with CEOs and founders — most recently for a fashion brand and a fabrication systems company, and earlier with an international engineering consultancy. I've spent my career being the person leadership hands things to and doesn't have to think about again.
Here's what I take off a founder's plate:
Full calendar and inbox management across US, UK, and Australian time zones
CRM administration (HubSpot) — keeping pipelines clean and follow-ups consistent
Building SOPs and workflows in Asana/Trello that the whole team actually follows
Travel coordination, vendor management, and — when needed — personal/residential tasks
Tracking expenses, invoices, and deadlines so nothing falls through the cracks
Acting as the go-between for clients, tea-----------mbers, and external partners
Some things I'm proud of: at one company I restructured the CEO's calendar and got back 15+ hours of executive time every week. At another, I built a scheduling and filing system that completely eliminated booking conflicts — it ended up being adopted company-wide.
I've worked remotely with international teams for most of my career, so time zone overlap, async communication, and using tools like Slack, Google Workspace, and project management platforms are all second nature to me. I'm reliable, discreet, and I don't need much hand-holding once I understand how you like things done.
Looking for a long-term remote EA role (or ongoing agency placement) supporting a founder, CEO, or small leadership team based in the US, UK and Australia
