I've been a customer service specialist for almost nine years now.
It started when I worked as a service crew in a fast food chain. It helped me to develop skills like time management, as I need to balance my studies and my work, and how to interact with different kinds of customers.
Though I finished BS Tourism and trained in the hospitality industry, I didn't pursue working in my field; instead, I chose to work for a freight forwarding company as a customer service representative. I find my work satisfying, as I was able to improve myself at the same time and was given recognition for being one of the top-performing employees.
I am willing to learn, share, and apply my working experiences to my future endeavors.
