Hello! I am ----------- V. -----------. I recently graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Human Resource Management, Magna Cum Laude at Mindanao State University-Main Campus Marawi City, where I consistently excelled in my coursework and engaged in numerous academic and extracurricular activities. My studies have provided me with a comprehensive understanding of HR principles, including recruitment and selection, employee development, performance management, organizing an event, labor standards, and labor relations. Additionally, my research projects, group assignments, and involvement in extension service have honed my analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as my ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
During my time at Mindanao State University-Main Campus, I actively participated in Business Administration and Accountancy Student Council, university competition to represent my college, college competition to represent my department, joined numerous semi-academic organization in the university, and department and college extension service, which allowed me to develop leadership skills and a strong commitment to the field of human resource management. I also served as a peer tutor and being complimented in public speaking, where I discovered my passion for teaching and mentoring fellow students. These experience have instilled the importance of creating an engaging and supportive learning environment that fosters intellectual growth and practical skills.
