As a business and client relations associate, I am responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to branches of Cebuana Lhuillier. I handle transactions such as remittances, pawning, insurance, non-pawning transactions such as account opening, deposit and withdraw. We cross sell our products and services to our clients. Additionally, I cater client's concerns, queries and requests may it be online, over the phone or face to face. Also, I am experienced in using canva, and photoshop that are used for posting our products and services every month. Because of this experience, I developed skills such as communication skills, excellence customer service, team player, multitasker, computer literate, and goal and detail oriented.
