I can confidently say that my knowledge in MS applications is above average because of my more than 5 years work experience as an office staff and customer service representative, specifically MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. I have mastered how, when and where to use these applications. I also have good interpersonal and communication skills working as a customer service representative, I can relate easily with others and work harmoniously with my co-workers, and at the same time I am innovative and resourceful in solving customer's problems and giving excellent satisfaction. I am also a result-oriented person being driven by my passion to excel in all I do that is why I always figure each possible course of action and its effect before making a decision. I also have good mathematical skills as I have studied Accountancy and I believe that this will help me in analyzing and solving problems in terms of numerical information.
