I've been in a bpo industry for over 10years and currently employed in JPMorgan Chase Bank as Problem Resolution Specialist where I get to review contract and supporting documents for auto loans and also repairing any internal issue after the purchase like if dealer wants to resubmit, customer switched unit or mechanical issue. I've been an expert in handling documents to make sure everything is accurate and in accordance to state law.
I am flexible with the tasks that I will be designated to do. You can depend on me that I will never abandon a task and you won't have a hard time contacting me. You'll find that this is why I am efficient.
In any case you would require me to learn a specific program for this job, I am confident that you wouldn't spend a long time training me. In fact, I might as well learn it myself, like most programs that I know now. I can assure you that I can easily adapt to any sort of training or program that the job requires me to. I'm a person that requires minimum supervision once I've learned the ropes.
