Hi I am Hanz, I have experience as manufacturing supervisor in electronics and semiconductor industry. Aside fro-----------eting daily targets and people monitoring, I create reports daily through microsoft office tools. Timekeeping is part of my job as well.
I have also worked as Quality Management System Engineer and Document Control Custodian focusing on the quality related documents and audits. After establishing QMS, I was assigned in polishing the quality inspection process since the company's half population are inspectors. I used Gage R and R measurement to check each inspector's ability and conduct timely update and training for each inspectors to continuously improve their skills.
I also have experience as QA Engineer from Incoming Quality Control, Production Quality Control, Outgoing Quality Control, and Reliability Testing Control wherein I was used my full potential to learn every aspects of Quality Assurance and Control processes.
I am knowledgeable in microsoft office, detail oriented, flexible and can easily adapt and learn.
