• Preparation of artifacts necessary to ensure high quality User Acceptance Testing including but not limited to – test plans, test strategies, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
• User Acceptance Testing for various platform processes including but not limited to - scripts, wizards, work queue functionality, exhibit triggering, telecoms functionality, modes of payment and reporting validation.
• Sample, mock or live proof review of Client specific Plan Exhibits with content validation.
• Stand as an SME for certain processes and coordinate with external and intern stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned by management that are well within the scope of knowledge of an individual including but not limited to – coordination, reporting, and root cause analysis.
