I've been a customer service representative for 4 years now. I have done taking calls for various clients. As a customer service representative, I am good at data entry and back office works. Some of my responsibilities as a CSR includes but not limited to:
-handling customer inquiries and providing solutions to problems
-provide billing information
-address customer issues to higher departments involved
-gives specific steps on how to order items
By doing these things, my skills as a CSR have been honed overtime. I am good at Excel and Microsoft Word. I know how email works and the ropes of it.
I am also open for further training if need be to do the job more effectively and efficiently. I always make sure that I know everything there is about the product or the work I am entrusted to.
