I have been working a Business Process Outsourcing Industry for more than 3 years. My first account was in Australian Investment Company and I worked as a Lead Generation Specialist where I am the one who handled all the leads and called them if they are interested in any kinds of investment and set up an appointment. Second, was in a US Telecommunication Company as s Customer Service Representative I did inbound and outbound calls and helping our customers regarding with their account. Third, I worked as a Disability Advocate in a US Disability Advocacy Group where we helps people Win Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) Benefits. Fourth, was a Search Engine Optimization as an Appointment Setter who helped the author to features their books online and help them to have a revenue.
I have also been in Freelancing Industry for almost a year. My first campaign was in a Cannabidiol Industry and I worked as a Telemarketer, Appointment Setter. I did outbound calls to set up an appointment to my future clients and to make sure that they purchased our CBD products. Second, in an US Mortgage Loan Company as an appointment setter. Third, was in US Coding Bootcamp for Data Science and Web Development and I worked as an Assessor to assess if the future student is qualified in the program.
