I am a graduate of Computer Systems Engineering. I have been working for almost 18 years to different fields. I do have more than 3 years experience with different BPO companies and I have handles already a number of different accounts providing both voice and chat support. The recent job that I have done is cold calling with a healthcare sales account. I believe I am fit to handle any VA jobs this time as I am very competitive, quick learner, and still motivated to learn new things. I can easily adapt to any stress or pressure with work and I take it as a good challenge in any way.
