Convergys Philippines and I was with them from-----------, my account in Convergys was Sprint Echat and I was assisting dual customer, addressing their issues and concerns regarding their bills, helping them to understand why their bill is a little bit higher than the previous ones discussing to them on how we can lower their bill and offering plan to help them lower their monthly bill, I am also assisting my customers in their device issues, assisting them in basic troubleshooting online.
After working in Convergys, I was then hired by Philippine Navy, my unit was Naval Airwing and I was assigned in Squadron 41 in Sangley Point Cavite City, I am the one assigned in our Training Department, I am also the one who convene and closes every courses per quarter each year, coordinating with personnel who are qualified for their Training, listing down and endorsing items and things that are needed in a specific Training and Course and I am also computing the budget of every Training that we convene every quarter for the whole year.
