Leadership. I have demonstrated strong leadership across multipe toles, including overseeing initiatives, managing projects, and facilitating career development programs. This involves leading teams, making strategic decisions, and driving organizational goals forward.
Strategic Management. Presenting plans to management, and aligning organizational objectives with operational activities. Managing budgets, coordinated activities, and contributed organizational growth through well-thought-out strategies.
Employee Engagement. I have focused on enhancing employee engagement through activities that foster teamwork, community involvement, and holistic wellness. I have conducted focus group discussions, designed training programs, and promoted a positive work environment.
Communication. Conducting counseling sessions, facilitate trainings, and interact with diverse stakeholders including employees, management, government bodies, and charitable organizations. I also create campaigns and collaterals to be able to communicate my activities and programs.
Counseling and Wellness. I have developed skills in counseling, administering psychological exams, designing wellness strategies. Focusing on mental health, resilience, and cooing mechanisms, providing support and guidance to individuals and groups.
Training and Development. Involved managing training programs, evaluating effectiveness, and ensuring compliance with standards. I prepare reports, facilitated orientations, and enhancee organizational learning and development.
