I have been a Virtual Assistant for more than 10 years now. I started out doing only customer service emails, but over the years, I've transitioned into doing more tasks needed to run an e-commerce business behind the scenes. Most recently, my focus has been working heavily as an E-Commerce Specialist completely dedicated to managing the Shopify backend to maintain a flawless frontend—handling everything from product uploads, setting up variants and collections, managing app integrations, managing campaigns and promotions, blog posting, to keeping the entire backend organized and running smoothly.
Beyond Shopify backend operations, I've handled customer service (Zendesk, Zoho, G-Suite), managed PayPal claims and resolutions, logistics monitoring, processed orders (Dropified/Shopify), and managed lead generation, product sourcing, and supplier negotiations. I’ve also run email marketing campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo, handled TikTok and Instagram influencer marketing using Modash and Yesware, managed social media moderation, and done basic website design, domain integration, Print-on-Demand (Printful), and image and video editing (Camtasia/Canva). As things grew, I even stepped into leadership tasks like onboarding, training newly hired associates and managing teammates.
The main thing to know about me is that I can work with little to no supervision. I am a fast learner and incredibly resourceful. I am reliable, and I deeply value the time and money of my employer. I work as if I am the one investing, always considering the gains and losses as if they were my own. I am trustworthy, loyal, and hardworking.
I may not know every single tool or app in the E-commerce world, but I am always eager to learn and will give my best to everything I do. I believe that a great work attitude is the most important trait above all else.
