My name is Jonawin Solomon, and I currently live in Cavite. I used to work for First Advantage as an Associate Customer Care, providing customer service support to our clients. I started with FADV as an Operations Specialist, where my primary responsibility was to verify employment for our clients' candidates. And prior to that, I was employed by PSG as a Senior Recuiter in the Criminal Backgroundcheck Department. In that capacity, we performed visual audits for our Traveler Nurses supplied information to our clients.
In the past, I also held a position as a Customer Service Representative in the collections department at Dynamic Outsource Solutions-1. We handled outbound calls with professionalism to get clients to promise to pay their past-due bills and keep their accounts current.
Additionally, I have recruiting experience, where my primary responsibility is to find candidates based on our client's qualifications for a particular role.
