I have experience in error checking, installation of software (especially operating systems) and hardware, debugging, monitoring of computers, and networking. I have previous experiences with customer/client/community interaction and communication, database management, primarily SQL, as well as Google and Microsoft Office applications, graphic design and presentations, research, data mining and management, and project management from my training program. I also completed courses on various institutions, onsite and online courses from DICT, TESDA, Coursera, Google Workspaces, and PSITE.
