I’m a detail-oriented professional with a passion for optimizing organizational efficiency. My background includes roles in Customer Service and Logistics, where I’ve developed a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach.
From May 2022 to July 2024, I worked at DHL Global Forwarding as a Process Associate, coordinating international ocean freight shipments and managing documentation using Cargowise One and GTnexus. Prior to that, I was a Technical Support Representative at Concentrix, where I tackled complex network issues and provided excellent customer service. My experience also includes working as a Loan Officer at ARB Call Facilities, where I meticulously reviewed loan applications and addressed customer queries.
In addition to my professional roles, I’ve been a freelance YouTube Content C-----------tor, Graphic Designer, and E-commerce Entrepreneur. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Service and certifications in Cargowise and Graphic Design.
