I am a job-seeker with minimal knowledge of HR standard processes yet willing to learn and easy to teach. My recent job was as a full-time HR Recruitment and Training officer at a known tertiary hospital in our town (where I was absorbed since it is where I had my On-the-Job Training), handling all pre-employment and onboarding of newly hired staff. Aside from that, I also did other HR administrative tasks and helped with time-keeping.
During my college years, I was a student leader who actively participated in and led a campus organization and our Department's Student Government. With that, I was able to hone my leadership skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to adapt in all situations that I am in.
