I have worked diligently in the customer service industry for over 10 years now mainly centered customer inquiry satisfaction and sales. My past work experiences have taught me to be productive not only to be as independent as possible but also to be collaborative with colleagues to ensure in meeting the goals and even go beyond what’s needed by the organization. I have been exposed to the use of most microsoft applications such as word, powerpoint and mostly outlook and spreadsheets in making my task organized and completed efficiently and effectively. I pride myself to be analytical especially in coming up with decisions by going through the details as thoroughly as possible and be resilient to changes so I easily adapt to the situation as it arises.
