My career began in the insurance industry, where I became a licensed agent for both life and non-life insurance. This experience taught me how to communicate with clients, explain complex information clearly, manage sensitive documents, and pay close attention to the details that matter.
I later spent two years supporting an Australian business as a Virtual Administrative and Business Development Assistant. In that role, I became the person the team could rely on for many of the tasks that kept daily operations moving. From handling calls and scheduling to preparing documents, organizing meetings, conducting research, maintaining records, and assisting with recruitment and client-related administration.
Working remotely also taught me how to manage my time, take initiative, and solve problems without needing constant supervision. Along the way, I gained experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Xero, Canva, Visual Care, Toggl, and other cloud-based tools. I also completed additional bookkeeping training focused on Xero to strengthen my ability to support financial and administrative processes.
I am now looking for a long-term remote role where I can bring together my administrative experience, client-service background, and growing bookkeeping skills. I work best with teams that value reliability, clear communication, and someone who genuinely takes ownership of their responsibilities.
