Hi good day! I'am ----------- I'm 33years old a freelancer and a full time mom. I have been working as a customer service representative for more than 6 years on a financing company. I can say within that span I have learned all the operational procedures and manage to deal with different people professionally and calmy especially with irate customers , giving them quick and long term solution on their issues. I came into this job because of the flexibility on working time and I'am able to work from the comfort of my home.
