A competent human resource professional seeking for a position in the Global HR arena to
expand and apply working and technical knowledge on Global HR Operations and service
delivery whilst contributing to the growth of the industry.
COMPETENCIES
• Knowledgeable in Human Resource Operations facets for both local (Philippines) and
global set-up
• In-depth experience of the local recruitment operations (Sourcing, Selection and
Placement), documents management and HRIS administration.
• Sound knowledge on the Philippine Labor Law, discipline process and policy
administration
• Strong working knowledge on process maps, standard procedures for Asia Pacific and
UK-specific human resource process and good command of knowledge retention
• Ability to resolve HR-related issues and escalations and address process or policy
concerns raised
• Experienced command of human behavior in managing a team and good display of
customer service orientation
• Good technical knowledge on Global HR Systems, case management and office tools
utilization. HR Tools and systems are, but not limited to, the following: SuccessFactors,
Sailpoint, ADP Payforce, Microsoft Dynamics AX, ServiceNow, iCIMS, Salesforce,
Peoplesoft, Cornerstone, MS Office, Integra Payroll System etc.
