Throughout my career, I have gained comprehensive experience in all facets of HR, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and policy development. My ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels has consistently resulted in effective solutions to organizational challenges. I am proficient in utilizing various HRIS and ATS platforms, conducting virtual interviews, and managing remote employee engagement initiatives. These experiences have sharpened my technical skills and reinforced my commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment regardless of physical location.
