A Little About My Background
My career has given me experience in both creative work and operations, helping me develop a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to different industries.
I started as a Junior Graphic Designer, where I created production-ready layouts for military uniforms, athletic jerseys, and corporate apparel. This role taught me the importance of precision, creativity, and meeting production standards.
After that, I worked as a Branch Teller at M Lhuillier, processing remittances, bills payments, foreign exchange transactions, and other financial services while ensuring accuracy, compliance with AML/KYC regulations, and excellent customer service.
I then became a Transaction Coordinator, where I managed high-volume financial transactions for more than three years. This experience strengthened my organizational skills, time management, and ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Most recently, I worked as an Online Casino Operations & Customer Support Specialist, handling player onboarding, account management, transaction monitoring, and customer support. Working in a fast-paced environment improved my communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Although my professional background spans different industries, every role has helped me become more dependable, organized, and detail-oriented. Today, I bring that same mindset to every creative project, delivering work that is both visually appealing and completed with care and professionalism.
