My task is to speak to a customer that is looking for a new cable or internet service (Directv/ AT&T), ask them questions to what kind of service they like, what are their needs and wants in terms of cable service, asking discovery question to further narrow down the right package or service for my client, emphatizing whenever there is a problem, acknowledging those problems and give them reassurance that before we got off the phone, everything that they need is given to them.
