In my years of
construction and design experience, I have had the opportunity to lead and
contribute to various projects during my roles at a triple A contractor and a
design and build firm. I’ve successfully managed site supervision for a
government hospital renovation (spanning OPD, laboratory, emergency, ICU, and
CT scan areas) and coordinated the development of five public school buildings
(four-story steel structures). These projects required a keen eye for balancing
innovative design with functionality while ensuring adherence to client
specifications and environmental standards. I also bring hands-on experience
with a variety of projects—from residential homes, renovations and commercial
spaces to specialized structures like mausoleums and tiny steel-framed
houses—where I contributed to project planning, 3D modeling, rendering/visualization,
and detailed design documentation.
