I have been working in a CSR role as well as an Appointment Setter/Cold Caller for the past year, managing various accounts. Recently, I have been handling a position as a Sales Appointment Setter for a Contractors' Group Company located in Los Angeles, California. Selling our services and products has been quite challenging due to their complexity. However, I have adapted and developed techniques for generating leads with the guidance of my mentors and supervisors.
