I am well organized and I can perform filing and clerical duties. This includes making inbound and outbound calls to schedule meetings, direct the line to the correct department, or to address issues.
My previous work as an Operations Manager at MHCI Management Group required me to monitor all the on-site managers of the company. I led meetings and addressed their concerns and issues within the park they are managing. I also monitored the company budget and found ways to improve profitability. In my 2 years with MHCI, I have helped them by suggesting ideas that smoothen out their process or their system.
