In 2019, I worked as a Retail Service Assistant at LCC Department Store, where I was responsible for delivering exceptional customer service. My role involved assisting customers with their inquiries, managing sales transactions, and ensuring that the store’s displays were organized and visually appealing. I also handled inventory management and restocking duties to keep the store well-maintained.
