My training at Surge Training Center equipped me with the essential skills and knowledge required to excel as a Virtual Assistant. This included mastering tools and techniques for efficient administrative task management, email and calendar management, CRM management, online bookkeeping, customer service and support, project management, and lead and prospect generation. I was also a former English Teacher, as an English teacher, I developed strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. These skills are directly transferable to my role as a Virtual Assistant, where clear communication and organization are key to supporting clients effectively. My experience in creating lesson plans and managing classroom activities has enhanced my capability to handle scheduling, planning, and administrative duties in a virtual environment. Also I was a former procurement officer for almost 2 years, in my role as a procurement officer, I honed my abilities in managing and coordinating complex tasks, maintaining meticulous records, and negotiating with vendors. These skills are crucial for CRM management, online bookkeeping, and project management as a Virtual Assistant. My background in procurement also taught me the importance of efficiency and accuracy, which I apply in all aspects of my virtual assistant responsibilities.
