In my previous role I joined a services business as the second person on the team and grew it to nine, hiring and onboarding seven contractors and owning the full lifecycle through to offboarding. I built their Zoho CRM from an empty account into a fully working system, then expanded it into Zoho Inventory and Zoho Campaigns. I wrote the SOP library, developed the KPIs the team is measured on, introduced Time Doctor for scheduling and payroll monitoring, ran monthly appraisals, and ran bi-annual systems and department audits to keep the whole thing honest rather than assumed.
I currently run operations and HR for a UK based B2B lead generation agency working across three brands, with GoHighLevel as the core CRM. That covers contractor HR, CRM operations, SOP development, team management, and the tooling decisions that stop three verticals from tripping over each other.
