My first work was as a customer service representative for a service-based company. I handled various customers' concerns through calls, chats, and emails. I've also done freelancing as an AI caption editor. I edit and proofread captions made by AI to ensure their accuracy.
Aside from my work experiences, I also completed four internships in different psychology fields (industrial, social, academic, and clinical), attended in-depth training about data entry, and completed a HIPAA compliance course on Udemy. I'm familiar with various software apps, like Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, Lark, Dropbox, Dialpad, Calendly, and CRM tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, Okta, Slack, and Pipedrive.
I'm currently working as an administrative assistant for a consulting company, but I'm open to having a part-time job. Preferably with flexible working hours.
