I graduated at University of the East - Manila. I took up BS Hotel and Restaurant Management. I took my on-the-job training at City Garden Hotel - Manila. I was awarded as the Outstanding Trainee because I am very dedicated to whatever work they give me. Apart from this, I also became the Chairman of our Convention Class. I am also a tech savvy. I am very familiar with MS Office especially MS Word and MS Excel.
I was a Reservation Officer at Coco Beach Island Resort. The job requires me to communicate with our guests who inquires through phone and e-mail. I am very keen to detail since this is needed to avoid mistakes on guests' bookings. I submit weekly and monthly reports. Apart from that, I am also in contact with different Market Managers from our partners. I am also responsible for thinking of different guests approach and different marketing strategies to increase bookings.
I am now working in a telecommunication industry focusing on encoding and processing requests from our customers. As part of my job description, I am very keen to details as this will be the rezult of what will be implemented on the client's premise.
I am very dedicated to whatever work will be given to me. I always give most of my time so that I can finish my work on or before the deadline.
