I have recently and enthusiastically worked as a virtual assistant to an online store where I update inventories daily to marketplaces like Amazon, Sears and Groupon, place orders with different suppliers and professionally respond to customer concerns via email (Zendesk) and phone (Skype).
I am into writing articles too, and though I have not published any at this time, I know if I am given a particular topic I will research about it and submit it on time.
Aside from all those, I am willing to cope up and follow any other needed tasks as instructed by my employer to ensure the business' progress and success.
