Hi, I’m Micha Ellah Caroy from Davao City, Philippines.
I’m an entry-level Virtual Assistant open to customer support, data entry, admin support, lead tracking, CRM updates, and e-commerce support tasks. I do not have direct e-commerce VA experience yet, but I have real experience handling customer communication, calls, records, follow-ups, and business support tasks.
In my cold calling role, I called at least 100 potential property sellers daily, answered callbacks, updated lead notes, and used HubSpot before transitioning to BatchDialer. I also help in our family roofing and tinsmith business by assisting customers, recording details, handling messages and receipts, contacting suppliers, and helping with follow-ups.
I also have experience with organization paperwork, sponsorship letters, logistics booking, Canva designs, event registration, payment checking, and customer service from restaurant work.
Tools I’ve used include Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Gmail, Microsoft Excel, Canva, ChatGPT, Grammarly, HubSpot, BatchDialer, Zoom, and Calendly.
I’m looking for a long-term remote role where I can grow with a team, learn your systems, and support daily operations with patience, organization, and attention to detail.
