In line of my work, I also handle in assigning my colleagues with their task as I hold the valuable position being the overall staff in our office. I am the one who make our Personal Data Sheets, Accomplishment Reports even DTR, I am the holder of the fund (treasurer), the computer expert, lay out designer, assigned in auditing, reporting and taking down minutes, the announcer, the host or master of ceremony in events, the paperwork is everything on me, assigned in handling the internship students, making communication letters, prepare PR (Purchase Requests), making emails, and a lot more. In short, the office doesn't function properly without me. Though I already resigned and looking for other opportunities ahead of me that fit my interests, I assisted my co-workers and divided my task to them in orderly matter, for them to understand carefully what should be done. When I was ready to leave, I was observing them and carefully assessing them and I can say I did a good job in helping them to do the work I do.
I have developed a strong foundation of skills that make me a suitable candidate for this role. In my previous role as an IT and Administrative Staff, I was responsible for accurate checking and assessment of official documents, monitoring and inventory checking in different Barangays in Calbayog, collaborating with professionals such as teachers, social workers, and planners, and contributing to the Philippine Youth Development Plan 2023–2025. These responsibilities honed my skills in document management, decision-making, communication, and teamwork.
