I've been in a BPO industry for 9 years and have acquired multiple skills. I've started as a Customer Service Representative for a financial account, then got promoted as an Order Specialist that performs B2B project management for a Telco account within the same company for 3 years. I then found a new opportunity in another good company as a Localization Project Coordinator that assists clients's end to end localization requests. I have applied my project management skills in this job and got promoted as a Subject Matter Expert. As an SME, I've had an opportunity to develop my skill in capacity planning, scheduling and staffing. I was also in charge of creating business processes, updating process documents and rolling out new process updates for operations and support.
I have invested in furthering my skills through the PHILIPPINE APPOINTMENT SETTER SOCIETY (PASS ACADEMY), which has significantly enhanced my appointment-setting skills. The training provided me with advanced technique and knowledge, enabling me to surpass my targets and tackle challenges with confidence.
