I am responsible for all of the store's image, both physical and digital. We use Facebook as our social media platform and work with our team to create pictures and videos for the company's promotion. In addition, as a manager, I am responsible for inventory and auditing of teh store. Aside from that, I have extensive experience in customer service, having worked in BPO on both voice and nonvoice accounts.
