In my dual role as Production Staff and EHS Risk Assessor, I manage monthly reporting, work scheduling, encoding, visual management updates, inventory, monitoring and requisition of office and production consumables, deal with employees concern, conduct orientations and 5S implementation while also spearheading our environmental impact and risk assessments. My involvement in identifying internal and external issues is crucial for the successful implementation of our Environmental Management System (EMS) and Quality Management System (QMS). These responsibilities, coupled with my skills in operational control, have enabled us to maintain high efficiency and uphold safety standards.
