I have handled different accounts, such as Insurance, Retail, and Healthcare. Handled inbound, outbound, non-voice for chat and email. Catered different types of clients, Australians, Canadians, and Americans.
My professional objective is to be able to utilize and enhance all the knowledge and skills I gained from my experiences; to help grow my client’s business.
I am detail oriented, efficient and focused. When not in front of a computer, I like to watch movies, play musical instruments and play video games.
