- Actively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation independently.
o Merchant fulfillment (FBM)
- Demonstrates effective, clear and professional written and oral communication. Listens closely and empathetically to Selling Partners: understands, paraphrases, and prioritizes SP's needs, then provides appropriate solutions.
- Same as FBA that actively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation independently.
o FBA Financial Transaction
- Handle claims and process reimbursement for missing, damage, disposed inventory for Seller who are enrolled in Fulfillment by Amazon. Sometimes, we manually process reimbursement if there’s a discrepancy in the amount on previously reimbursed units called re-evaluation.
