I mainly work with Shopify and eCommerce stores, handling day-to-day operations such as order processing and fulfillment coordination, shipment tracking, product listing and optimization, light theme and store updates, and customer support. I’m very hands-on with store operations and used to keeping everything accurate, updated, and running smoothly behind the scenes.
I also have brief experience as a Social Media VA, mainly handling content scheduling, post publishing, and basic community engagement.
Before eCommerce, I spent 8 years in customer service with companies like JPMorgan Chase and T-Mobile, handling omnichannel support (phone, chat, and email), which strengthened my communication, problem-solving, and customer handling skills.
